Pre-needling machine

The pre-needling machine is a machine positioned betwwen the cross lapper and the needling machine in a non-woven line caled needle punching line. It allows the penetration of needles into this web, to consolidate the fiber web. Its movement is said to be "elliptical" because the needles (often integrated through two cylinders synchronized with the stroke) have a movement in the direction of advance of the fibers web.
