KLIEVERIK PSD 2000 Laminating and heat / paper printing line.

This Laminating / paper printing (foiling paper) line has two purposes :

1 : Laminate the textiles : It consists of applying another cloth to the back of the fabric. We do this to strengthen the top fabric. It can improve seam tightness and/ or fire esistance.
2 : Apply foiling : means printing a design with transfer paper to a textile fabric with a calender. This line can also print by transfering a design on the fabric. This is done through a paper medium. The design is printed on foiling paper (also called transfering paper) in the preferred colour. By applying heat to the back of the paper, the foil design lets go of the paper and sticks to the fabric to which it is pressed against the other side. The temperature needed to fixate the design is 150°C.
